Superpowers for Claude Code — setup
The plugin that makes Claude Code understand your request, write a plan, and carry it out step by step with tests and review — instead of saying “done” when it isn't.
- Open Claude Code in your project folder
- Type this command:
/plugin install superpowers@claude-plugins-official
- If that doesn't work, run these two commands in order:
/plugin marketplace add obra/superpowers-marketplace /plugin install superpowers@superpowers-marketplace
- Quit Claude Code and open it again
That's it: the next time you ask it to build something, it asks questions to understand your request, writes a plan, and carries it out with tests and review.
💡 My tip: Try it on a small feature first, and read the plan before you approve it.
